Meet the management

Adrian Grabara is the General Director of gbc engineers. He graduated from Beuth University of Applied Sciences in Berlin and obtained both of his bachelor and master degrees with honors. In the past, he worked for leading construction and engineering consulting companies. Mr. Grabara has diverse expertise and experience in civil and structural design, project and contract management for building, industrial- and infrastructure projects.

Daniel Bacon is the Technical Director of gbc engineers. He graduated from Beuth University of Applied Sciences Berlin and has over 15 years experience working in civil & structural projects in Germany, Vietnam and Cambodia. From 2011 to 2015, he was also a guest lecturer at Beuth University for reinforced concrete structures. Today, his focus is to lead engineering teams to complete projects as well as train and develop the company's engineers. 

Eric Mündecke is the Head of Bridges and Infrastructure at gbc engineers. He studied at the Technical University of Dresden, where he completed his Civil Engineering degree with a focus on structural engineering, structural planning, and bridge construction in 2011. He obtained his doctorate in 2017 for his research on the use of high-performance concretes in structural engineering. With over 12 years of experiences in design, structural planning and construction supervision, Eric Mündecke has made significant contributions to several engineering projects including bridges, tunnels, and large-scale infrastructure.
