The project is a new construction of a Vantage data center FRA31 with office and logistic areas, a parking facility with 56 as well as 6 underground fuel tanks, 2 above-ground water tanks, a pump house and a fencing system.
The FRA 31 structure will serve as a 32 MW-Data Center, consisting of 1 basement, 1 ground floor, 2 upper floors and 1 roof level and has ground plan dimensions are approx. 101m x 82m. The building comprises the lobby entry, customer area, customer office and storage area and a loading bay
The building project involves the construction of a new sprinkler control center and two single-story halls (H3 and H4) with covered outdoor storage for production and logistics directly adjacent to an existing hall (H1). Hall H3 is separated from halls H1 and H4 by movement joints in the roof level. The individual partial buildings have the following dimensions:
- Hall 3: 197.91 m x 35.00 m x 10.00 m
- Hall 4: 75.6 m x 40.7 m x 10.00 m
- Sprinkler control center: 9.70 m x 9.70 m x 3.50 m

Chefs Culinar wants to create more than 450 new jobs on a 15-hectare site in the Eichspitze industrial park in Ludwigsfelde. The planned property is the new construction of a wholesale warehouse, consisting of a production hall, an administration building, a dry warehouse, a deep-freeze warehouse, a technological building, a goods receiving department, and a warehouse for empties.
The object is the new construction of the water treatment (WWT), a wasteyard and a stamping facility of the Tesla Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg. The WWT building comprises a ground floor and an upper floor with a GFA of 7,600 m2. The wasteyard is a single story building with 7,900 m2 GFA. The stamping is a 18,500 m² building.
The object to be designed is a new construction a low-rise data center from Vantage Data Centers. The low-rise design consists of a data center building with an adjacent yard and is located next to BER21. The scope of this offer is the structure of the BER22. The building is about 82 m long, 79 m wide and 20 m high. The building consists of a ground floor, first floor and roof floor. Each floor measures about 6 m high. The main load bearing structure - floors, beams, columns and walls - is made of precast concrete elements. The foundation consists of single and strip foundations. Equipment supporting structures, e.g. the roof platform, are made from structural steel.
The project involves the construction of a new data center with an adjoining office/ storage area, a generator building and the construction of 23 parking spaces. The walls will be approximately 5m high with continuity reinforcement at intermediate levels. The buildings will be constructed 1 level at a time. The entire building consists of:
• The main building has a 3-storey non-roofed industrial building and an adjoining 4-storey office building in reinforced concrete and ground plan dimensions of approx. 55m x 61m. Above the data center is a 2-storey technical platform in steel construction.
• The generator building is a 3-storey building for emergency power generators and pump rooms with no basement in reinforced concrete. A technical platform in steel construction is planned on the roof.
• Adjoining tank facilities for diesel and sprinkler water
The foundation of entire building is built on an elastically bedded floor slab.
