FR8.2 Data Center
Frankfurt, Germany
The new data center, FR8.2, is located at 139 Lärchenstrasse in Frankfurt, Germany, directly across from the existing FR4 data center. The main building, including the "back of house" area, measures approximately 86 meters in width and 150 meters in length, standing four stories tall.
The project is divided into three phases, covering the right, middle, and left sections. It specifically focuses on the middle section (Data Center FR8.2), which has dimensions of around 57.5 meters in width and 84.0 meters in length, spanning four stories.
The entire building comprises approximately 26,000 square meters of gross floor area.

The new construction of a low-rise data center from Vantage Data Centers.
The BER14 building is apprx. 82.1 meters long, 31 meters wide, and 20 meters high, encompassing a yard, a ground floor, a first floor, and a roof floor, with each floor standing roughly 6 meters tall.

FRA 3 Data Center
Frankfurt am Main, Germany
Construction of the FRA 3 Data Center, consiting of a main building and a substation. The main building comprises three upper floors and two basement floors. The upper floors (levels 0 to 2) contain the server rooms (data halls) and an office block while the basement floors are mainly used for technical and storage rooms.
Upon commencement of its operations, the Data Center is anticipated to generate 30 to 36MW of IT power over its nine data halls.

The object to be designed is a new construction a low-rise data center from Vantage Data Centers. The low-rise design consists of a data center building with an adjacent yard and is located next to BER21. The scope of this offer is the structure of the BER22. The building is about 82 m long, 79 m wide and 20 m high. The building consists of a ground floor, first floor and roof floor. Each floor measures about 6 m high. The main load bearing structure - floors, beams, columns and walls - is made of precast concrete elements. The foundation consists of single and strip foundations. Equipment supporting structures, e.g. the roof platform, are made from structural steel.

The project involves the construction of a new data center with an adjoining office/ storage area, a generator building and the construction of 23 parking spaces. The walls will be approximately 5m high with continuity reinforcement at intermediate levels. The buildings will be constructed 1 level at a time. The entire building consists of:
- The main building has a 3-storey non-roofed industrial building and an adjoining 4-storey office building in reinforced concrete and ground plan dimensions of approx. 55m x 61m. Above the data center is a 2-storey technical platform in steel construction.
- The generator building is a 3-storey building for emergency power generators and pump rooms with no basement in reinforced concrete. A technical platform in steel construction is planned on the roof.
- Adjoining tank facilities for diesel and sprinkler water
The foundation of entire building is built on an elastically bedded floor slab.
